 Payroll Manager  /  £40,000pa-£45,000pa / Bromley / Kent.

Our Client a lifestyle organization- that has a focus on individual wellbeing, family and community wellbeing- established early 2004 as part of a social enterprise project across London. A decade of high performance in running a large group of leisure Centers, and a leading position as the second largest golf operator in the Uk, also making vast in-roads in public health at work, with a turnover of £32 Million our client is poised for rapid growth over the next decade. 

We are looking for a Payroll Manager   : 

As Payroll Manager   you will be: 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Advise and implement payroll best practice
• Ensure full Complianceeg. HMRC,Working Time Directive, National Living Wage etc:
• Centrally Manage TUPE pay elements
• Contribute to tenders in relation to costing 
• Manage payroll forr over 1000's Employees , permanent and temp 

Preferred Skills: Payroll Manager

• Payroll management via system (CoreHR preferably)
• Pension administration, multiple including Next compliance
• Subject Matter Expert for Pay and Benefits on Projects
• System upgrade / implementation - Change Management
• BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Payroll Management or the equivalent

Personal Attributes: For the Payroll Manager  position:

• Self drive and administratively self sufficient
• Positive , Coach Style
• Manages conflicting priorities
• Team player, keen to coach and share knowledge and learning
• Good knowing of Tax Codes and relevant queries

Salary, Hours and Benefits:  For Payroll Manager:

• £40,000-£45,000 pro-rata 
• 40 Hours per week
• Benefits Package

Successful candidates will have experience in a HR / Human Resources, commutable from London, Brumley and Kent.
