We don't require previous software sales experience, but a drive, passion for success and understanding of business development processes.

The Role: 
The Inside Sales Executive will be actively developing new business opportunities by proactively prospecting new clients and building a strong partnership with existing customers. You will be pitching to key decision makers, interacting with business developers. You must be prepared to build a strong client base to maximise revenue. 

You will have a competitive nature, we are looking for someone who hates to lose and is motivated by targets, loves to win. You will be ambitious, driven and keen for results. 

You will be speaking fluent English.

Successful candidates will go through a 4 weeks temporary probation period in West London Office with an hourly salary of £10.20 per hour (£21,000 per annum pro rata) 

After the training period, you will be offered a permanent position with a starting salary of £21,000 + OTE and first-class career progression and benefits (free car park, breakfast and lunch)

The Candidate: 
The Inside Sales Executive candidate has to have an understanding of lead generation, business development processes and be hungry for success. You will have to prove that you are prepared to consistently exceed targets. The ideal candidate will be customer focused with a clear drive for success, uphold excellent communication skills and good telephone etiquette. It is vital to building lasting relationships with your customers in order to retain and capitalize on revenue opportunities. 

As Inside Sales Executive in IT Sales you will:

• Perform opportunity identification, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels

• Working with a mixture of warm and cold leads within an established sales channel

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date forecast and document all activities and customer interactions 

• Respond to inbound inquiries, outbound marketing campaigns, and successfully lead opportunity development

• Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape
