This role will suit German-speaking students looking for a summer job or candidates looking for an interim position.

Working hours: Full time only, Monday to Friday 0900-1700.

Pay rate £10.72 per hour PAYE or £12.25 per hour working via an umbrella company.

Responsibilities - German Speaking Administrator / Customer Service Representative

* Provide an excellent support experience to customers via email and chat in German
* Guide customers through their query in a friendly and helpful manner
* Investigate and research customer's issues so they can be resolved as quickly as possible
* Receive and direct complaints for further investigation
* Creating email correspondence in German
* Establish effective working relationships with team members

Working as a German Speaking Administrator / Customer Service Representative you will:

* Fluent in German and English
* Have at least 6months experience in customer support, administration, secretarial, clerical or a similar role
* Preferably experienced in a direct German-speaking customer-facing role 
* Excellent written and communication skills in German and English with particular ability to adjust tone based on customer's situation
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
* Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner
* IT savvy
* Strong team spirit with a passion and drive to help users and to deliver the best customer experience
* Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
