Danish or Finnish speaking Customer Care Agent, Booking Advisor – Airline Reservations


12 month contract, start: September 2018 in Wembley

Salary: £18,428.16 plus London Weighting Allowance £2,448.91

Working Hours: Must be available full time from Monday to Sunday 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Any shift between 7am - 8pm Monday – Friday. Any shift between 8am - 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday (26 weekends a year).

 

For the role of Airline Reservations, Customer Care Agent we are looking to recruit candidates that are business fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English or Norwegian and English.

Swedish or Norwegian speaking, customer focused, target driven professionals to join a Customer Care team based in Wembley (10 minutes walk from Wembley Park station)

Your responsibilities as a Danish or Finnish Booking Advisor, Customer Care Agent will include:

. Handling multi-channel communication with clients – telephone, email, web chat in Danish or Finnish and English

. Communicate with confidence, manage objections, negotiate with customers and process sales

. Interact with customers in an individual and personalised manner

. Delivering excellent customer service at all times, ensuring that the customer has a great experience from beginning to end

. Build long term, commercially beneficial relationships with your customers

·Understand, develop and follow company and reservations specific practices

To succeed in the role of a Booking Advisor, Customer Care Agent – Danish or Finnish  speaking you will have:

. Fluency (written and verbal) in Danish or Finnish and English. 

. Previous experience in ticket sales, reservations, bookings, event sales or similar is essential as well as previous customer care experience in a fast pace environment

· Superb IT skills, quick typist

. Great attentional to detail
