Our Client an Enterprising Telecommunications Organisation providing Business to business Telecoms products and Services. Enjoying year on year growth the business objective is to be the preferred Telecom provider for the SME Sector. Due to the continued growth of the company we are now looking for a full time Account Manager /  Customer Service Advisor to join the team. 

As a  Customer Service Advisor  Account Manager you will be: 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Dealing with Client queries
• Customer Service (on the phone) 
• Processing Sales orders and data entry 
• Building Relationships and Maximising Account base
• Outbound / Inbound telephone calls 


Preferred Skills: For the Customer Service Account Manager Position:

• Previously worked in a  Sales / Account Manager  or Customer Service Customer Relations role
• Good administrative skills in an office environment 
• PC literate 
• Excellent telephone etiquette 
• Flexible attitude to work 

Personal Attributes: For the Customer Service Account Manager Role

• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Commercially Aware
• Multi-Tasking
• Able to build rapport quickly with Clients
• Ability to think on your feet quickly - find opportunities



Salary, Hours and Benefits: 

• £22,000 / £23,000 / +Bens Package- OTE- £27-£28K
• Monday-Friday 09:00 to 17:30 
• 37.5 hours per week 
• Perm
