Our Client a Pan European Out Sourced Call Center based in the heart of Reading Town Center, specialising in IT Lead Generation and Marketing Campaigns  and building a Sales pipeline on behalf of the World’s leading IT Technologies  Companies. Due to their continued growth we are looking for Talented people that are looking to build on there Sales Management Experience. Look no further we are looking for a number of Contact Centre  Managers / Sales Managers to join the Management Team: Our client is challenging and will be running multiple teams over multiple campaigns, so a strong personality will be required:

We are looking for  Sales Manager / Contact Centre Managers to help take us to the next level:

The ideal candidate will have a Sales Management  background in IT or Technology, confident in there ablity,  a natural leader of people, so excellent interpersonal skills required,  must be confident, articulate and have a "Can do Attitude" and great attitude.

To be considered for the  Sales Manager / Contact Centre  Manager Post any of the following benificial:

Sales  Management/ Over achieving Team Targets / Managing Sales Teams  will be highly  desirable:


  • Developing Team Leaders and Inside Sales Representives to achieve Targets
  • Motivating / Coaching / supporting 
  • Interface between Client and Internal Sales Team
  • Training / KPI's / 1-1's

Essential Experience:

  • Sales Management  Background
  • Proven Track record - managing a Sales team or Teams
  • Manage a Sales Team / Targets/ Performance/ Attendence / Sickness etc

Desirable Experience:

  • Project Management
  • Interest in IT or Technology background
  • Attention to Detail
  • "Can do attitude"
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Salary, Hours and Benefits:

  • £25,000pa- £35,000pa on exp ( £13.33ph- £17.90ph)
  • Two Shift patterns running from 9am-9pm
  • Temp to Perm
