Client Relations Executive - French Speaking – Luxury Travel

Are you in the market for a career upgrade?

A French Speaking Customer Relations Executive is required by our client who are a market leading airline company. As Customer Service Relations you will be genuinely passionate about service in a luxury travel environment playing a key role in responding to enquiries from VIP and VVIP customers, received by telephone, email and via customer service questionnaires.

12 month contract (to be exteded) start: May 2018 in Wembley

Salary: £20,000 - 23,000 per annum

Working Hours: Must be available full time 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Any shift between 7am - 8pm Monday – Friday. Any shift between 7am - 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday (26 weekends a year).


Your responsibilities as a French Speaking Customer Relations Executive, will include:

. Handling multi-channel communication with VIP clients to ensure luxury travel experience – telephone (inbound and outbound), email, SMS in French and English 

. Interact with customers in an individual and personalised manner

. Advising customers who have been involved in flight irregularities and rebooking their flights and additional services 

. Handling camplaints and issuing refunds

. Delivering excellent customer service at all times, ensuring that the customer has a great experience from beginning to end

. Build long term, commercially beneficial relationships with your customers


Skills required for the French Speaking Customer Relations Executive role, are:

. Superb communication skills in French and English. 

. Experience of engaging with business level customers and complex problem solving

. Previous experience in luxury travel, airline reservations, bookings or similar is essential as well as previous customer care experience in a fast pace environment

. Experience in using reservation systems - Amadeus and Oscar

. Knowledge of Sirax, Ticket/Tonus, ePax, Fidelio, World Tracer, Altea DC, WCCD, Milord, Isis/Osiris, Extrasite an advantage (training will be provided)

· Superb IT skills, quick typist

. Great attentional to detail


Location is easily commutable from all areas of London and Greater London, with very good tube links to Wembley Central or Wembley Park from Central London, East London, North London, South London and West London.
