Business Development Team Manager
Basingstoke, Hampshire, England
£45k - 58k per year + £10,000 OTE, Parking, Holiday, Pension

A growing, global IT Vendor is looking to add an established Business Development Team Manager to their already successful Lead Generation team. Taking the reigns of a team of 5, you will be tasked with mentoring and building the skill sets across a multi lingual team of Business Development professionals. This role is financially rewarding, and is paying a basic of £50k - £60k, and an uncapped OTE on top (roughly £10k+).

As an ideal candidate, you will have experience growing and leading a top performing business development team. You will have exposure to the technology sales world, and will be able evidence and demonstrate tangible examples of your success through your career. Your team will be looking after both outbound and inbound leads, as well as checking into renewal business and growing accounts through expansion and selling into new departments.

Your day to day will involve tracking and supporting your teams performance. Measuring KPI’s and assisting in the personal growth of their individual ability. You will create outbound prospecting plans, and help implement these across the team. Equally, you may be required to jump on the phones and lead from the front.

As an individual, you will be outgoing, positive and approachable. Able to mix with the team and add to the social dynamic. You will be self motivated, able to prioritize and not afraid to delegate. This role is commutable from most locations in the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hampshire area, such as Reading, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Fleet, Maidenhead, Slough, Guildford, Theale, Twyford and the surrounding areas.

Interviews are occurring immediately, and the role will not be on the market for long, so get in touch ASAP to be considered.
