B2C Telesales Executives / Retentions Team - Cuffley – Potters Bar- Immediate Start
Hourly rate:  £7.50 - Uncapped Commission- OTE -£28-£30k Year 1.

 Mon-Fri- 9am-5pm -37.5 hrs per week:

Our Client based in Cuffley a small village in the  Welwyn Hatfield  District- North of London, is a very busy established and respected National Company delivering B2C Telesales Campaigns within the Home Improvement sector. Due to their on-going Campaigns and continued growth we are looking for outgoing personalities, on a temp to Perm  basis. We are looking for confident people that have excellent Telephone and Objection Handling Skills to work in the  busy retentions Team.

We are interested in all potential candidates that have a hard work ethic and looking to forge a career in Sales or Customer Service.

As an Internal Telesales Executive within the Retentions Team you will be: 

Telesales Customer Service  Executive Responsibilities: 

Taking calls from Customers who want to cancel Sales Orders or appointments- engaging with Customers to find out why- try to find a Solution and keep or reschedule the appointment.

Preferred Skills: 

• Track Record in Sales / Telesales / Internal Sales / Customer Service / Retentions
• Understand KPI’s and Targets
• Sales experience / ideally if previously worked in a Call Centre or Retail
• B2B / B2C Telesales Sales  or Customer Service experience 
• Worked in Telesales /I internal Sales / Contact Centre or similar background 

To succeed in this Telesales , Customer Service  Position  within the Retentions Team you will: 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Target driven / Objection Handling
• Ability to persuade - think on feet quickly 
• Able to build rapport  and trust quickly 
• PC Literate 

Salary, Hours and Benefits: 
• £7.50ph -Temp To Perm- OTE £28-£30k Year 1
• Monday-Fri -9am-5pm- 37.5 hrs per week

We are interested in candidates that have the right personality and attributes, however if you have Sales / Telesales / Telemarketing / Account Management / Field Sales / Retail / Customer Service or Retentions  experience that would be an advantage.
