Telemarketing Team Leader, Campaign Delivery Manager

Location: London, Shoreditch

Annual salary of £21,000 - £23,000 + bonus

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0900-1730

I'm looking to recruit a talented Telemarketing Team Leader, Campaign Delivery Manager for a permanent position in Central London, working for a well-established marketing and media consultancy.

If you are an upbeat and organised, diligent and approachable individual with finely tuned analytical and reporting skills and experience in leading technical campaigns, I’m very interested in speaking to you!

Ideal candidate:

- 6 months + people and campaign management experience, ideally in a sales environment

- you are a creative strategist and people manager who can provide oversight for client campaigns and launch new projects

- you can comfortably work with partners to deliver results that matter to our clients

- you have an ability to develop a deep expertise in product/ solution portfolio, policies and processes

-you are capable of both efficient and accurate campaign execution as well as identifying opportunities to improve our workflows and implement best practices across verticals.

- you are IT savvy 

Responsibilities of a Telemarketing Team Leader, Campaign Delivery Manager:

- Setting up and managing execution of campaigns, working alongside with the internal Ops, Sales, Quality Assurance and Account Management teams.

- Monitoring team activity (call time, call ratio, KPIs), 

- Managing campaigns to ensure timely start and full delivery.

-Troubleshooting and reporting any issues surfaced during campaign lifecycle.
