Working for an airline company

Contract, 18th March to 31st May 2018, can be extended

NORTH WEST LONDON

Pay rate £10.46 per hour PAYE or £12.00 per hour working via umbrella company

Working hours: Full time only, Monday to Friday 0900-1700

 

Responsibilities - French or Italian Customer Service Agent, Complaints Handler

* Working for an airline company in their modern offices in Wembley

* You will provide an excellent customer service experience to customers via email and chat to resolve their complaints and issue refunds in French or Italian, you won’t be making or receiving calls, but providing primarily email - based support

* You will act as the sole point of contact for Italian or French speaking customers and guide them through their query in a friendly and helpful manner

* You will investigate and research each complaint so they can be resolved as quickly as possible

* You will receive and direct complaints for further investigation

* You will create routine correspondence including letters and reports in Italian or French

* You will stablish effective working relationships with other agents from the customer service team

Ideal candidate - French or Italian Customer Service Agent, Complaints Handler

* Fluent in Italian and English or French and English

* At least 1-2 years experience in French or Italian speaking customer support, customer service, handling complaints, administration, secretarial, clerical or a similar role

* Preferably experienced in a direct French or Italian speaking customer-facing role and providing primarily email - based support

* Excellent written and communication skills in German and English with particular ability to adjust tone based on customer's situation

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude

* Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner

* Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations

* IT savvy

* Strong team spirit with a passion and drive to help users and to deliver the best customer experience

* Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Salary, Hours and Benefits - French or Italian Customer Service Agent, Complaints Handler

- £10.46 per hr (PAYE) or £12.00 phr (Umbrella)-Weekly pay

- 3-month Contract- opportunity to extend

- 37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday Shifts from 09:00-17:00
