Norwegian  Speaking Customer Service Executives:

    Our Client one of the biggest Names in The Airline Industry, based in Wembley London, is looking for inbound Norwegian Speaking  Customer Service Advisors to join the busy Reseravations Team. Due to continued growth we are looking for out-gong personalities to work in the Norwegian  Customer Service Reservations Team. We are looking for confident people that have excellent Customer Service skills and fluent Norwegian Speakers. We are interested in all potential candidates that have a hard work ethic and looking to forge a career as a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Agent, within the Reservations Team.

    As an Internal Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Executive you will be: 

    Handling in comming calles related to booking Flights, dealing with cancellations, retentions, responding to emails, complaints, and upselling. Assisting on Live Chat. Ideal candidate will have worked in the Travel Industry or have an interest in the Travel Industry.





Preferred Skills: 

• Fluent Norwegian Speaker
• Good written and Verbal English Language skills
• Sales and Customer Service background
• Good attention to detail
• Worked in Telesales / Travel / Contact Centre or similar background 

Personal Attributes: 

• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Target driven / Interest in the Travel Industry
• Multi-Lingual Norwegian Speaker
• Able to build rapport quickly 
• PC Literate 

Salary, Hours and Benefits: 

• £20,500pa (12 month Contract) + Discounts on Flights
• Monday-Fri Operational Hours 07:00-20:00  and 08:00-17:30 Sat-Sun
• 37.5 hours per week –  shifts, will work two weekends a Month
