German speaking Lead Generation Executive is a brand new opportunity within our telemarketing team and would suit a German speaker who is passionate about technology and wants to build a career in IT consultancy/ IT telemarketing/ IT sales

RESPONSIBILITIES of a German-speaking Lead Generation Executive:

1)      Lead qualification and lead development

You will use your probing skills to identify new business opportunities, by contacting the prospect and existing clients. In essence, you will be creating interest in IT software product by asking qualifying questions. you will be representing world leading IT software vendors and contacting prospect customers on their behalf. 

2)      Customer Satisfaction and Complaints

Reporting issues that affect excellent service, logging customer commendations and complaints, identifying trends and offering suggestions on how to continually improve our service.

3)      Reporting

You will be writing reports in German and English to reflect the outcome of every conversation you have on the phone, so sales executives can contact prospects with a relevant proposition and they have a good understanding of their needs. you will try to speak to a key decision maker and qualify budget, authority, timeline and need.
