Customer Service / Customer Care – Fulltime – Paid weekly - starting ASAP - POTTERS BAR

Our client, a household name in Home Improvements, is currently looking to grow their Customer Service/Web confirmation team. You will be working felxible hours Monday to Sunday, Full time / Part time. The client is based near POTTERS BAR. 

The duties for the Customer Service / Customer Care role are;

  • Following up on appointments made on website by prospective customers
  • Checking and confirming customer details
  • Maintaining database
  • Occasional webchat assistance
  • Rebooking appointments or retaining appointments

The skills for the Customer Service / Customer Care role are;

  • Good telephone manner
  • Native level of verbal and written communication in English
  • Attention for detail
  • Flexible 
  • Experience within a telephone or face to face Customer Service based role preferable

The Salary and hours for the Customer Service / Customer Care role are;

  • Flexible hours Monday to Sunday
  • £7.50 – 8.67 PAYE per hour – weekly pay (£14,500 - £17,000 when permanent plus potential bonuses!)
  • Temp to Perm (temp for 13 weeks and potential for Permanent contract after this period)
