This is an office based position, you will be supported by the team leaders and managers and full on the job training is given.

Joining this fantastic company as a German speaking customer service advisor/ customer service representative you will be responsible for working as part of top performing team providing a high level customer service to all customers.  As a German speaking customer service advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high levels of customer service at all times
  • Responding to emails (no calls are involved) 
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Logging all information on to the internal system      

 As a German speaking customer service/support advisor you will have:

  • A basic understanding of MS packages
  • Fluent German and English - both written and spoken 
  • Excellent attention to detail

We are looking for a Telemarketer / Appointment Setter that is based near or close to Basingstoke and immediately available:.

As an IT Telemarketing Executive your responsibilities will include:

1) Making Outbound Calls (80-100 a day) B2B
2) Booking Appointments target 1-3 a day
3) Building relationships with IT Managers / Managing Directors
4) Warm / Cold Calling
5) Calling Companies in the Technology Arena

To Succeed in this IT Telemarketing Position you will have:
