Our client is a global niche market leading vendor with a presence in over 25 countries worldwide and due to continued growth and success they are looking to further develop their Sales team in the EMEA region within their Marlow office.

The role will offer fantastic training both locally and abroad in their HQ in the US, a motivational manager, a close knit team, excellent training and a defined career path are all on offer with this niche global market leader.

The role as a Business Devlopment Representative position which will involve proactively calling into small, medium and corporate organisations across varying industries, the end goal is quality fact-finding with an end goal of generating quality leads or arranging Webex conversations or arranging face-face meetings.

Starting salary is £25-30k (dependant on experience) + commission with a £45-50k OTE Year 1 with defined career progression and all the benefits you would expect working with a global vendor.

The objective is lead generation, pipeline nurturing and when the need is relevant booking appointments for the Field Sales Representatives to attend meetings.

The successful candidate will be educated to graduate calibre, have a proven track record i.e 1-2 years B2B Tele-Marketing, Lead Generation or Tele-Sales experience and be happy commuting to Bracknell on a daily basis. Any exposure within IT tele-marketing or technology Sales whether that be with a IT re-seller or distributor would be particulalrly advantageous. A proven track record in lead generation or appointment setting with technology is particularly advantageous.

This position would suit recent graduates, experienced Tele-Marketing Executives/Internal Sales/Business Development Representatives/Recruitment Consultants/IT Pre-Sales Engineers with either experience or a strong interest in technology.

Previous success candidates currently travel into Bracknell from Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Staines and Bracknell.
