Regional Account Manager – Engineering and Assembly – Buckingham / Warwick / High Wycombe – M4 & M1 Corridors.

Package will include a generous basic salary, company vehicle and comprehensive bonus scheme

I am working with a true industry leader who has a global presence across 30 countries and provide bespoke equipment into many engineering and manufacturing sectors. They can boast a huge client base which consist of many household giants who generate a significant amount of repeat business for my client and due to an impressive uplift in revenues and customers they are in the market to hire a new Regional Account Manager to cover a defined territory.

Key responsibilities:

As a Regional Account Manager, your duties will include:

  • Managing a defined existing client base and develop lasting relationships
  • Pro-Actively seek out new business opportunities within your client base
  • Propose and execute a clear business plan and growth strategy for key clients
  • Removing your threat of competition
  • Manage your own diary with regards to appointments and client visits
  • Own the growth target and increase customer revenue spend


Desired Experience:

  • Proven Sales background within the Capital Equipment industry
  • Decent all round experience of working within the Engineering and Manufacturing industry
  • The ability to grow existing business and maintaining key relationships
  • Experience of managing a P&L with a strong commercial background in accurate forecasting
  • Self-manage personality with the ability to make autonomous decisions
  • Managing your own diary and using defined territory management skills


This position is a home based working role, a full UK driver’s license will be required to be considered for interview.
