Searching for an experienced Demand Generation Sales Manager with a sound knowledge of building demand for telemarketing teams targeting organisations from 26 to 10'000s of employees across Europe.  
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and managing business generation teams in the Enterprise technology sector..
As well as owning the inbound lead function from marketing and other sources, the Demand Generation team will be generating appointments and sourcing opportunities from net new prospects as well as driving upsell / cross-selling opportunities to the existing customer base.
Recruiting, on-boarding, training, motivating and building an exceptional team to operate at peak performance is a core function of this role along with developing the career path for the team as we create a pool of superb talent to develop their professional lives.
Reporting to the VP EMEA Marketing, you'll need to be adept at working with multiple stakeholders across the organisation from sales, marketing, customer success, operations as well as our HQ teams in US in order to achieve greatness.

Maintain and drive a level of excellence in sourcing qualified opportunities
Create pipeline and opportunities to drive revenue
Manage leads that are generated by the marketing team
Meet and exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
Understand the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure. Work cross-functionally to understand and support the needs of each sales team and marketing
Actively use salesforce.com to manage sales process and set standards for performance metrics
Coach and develop your sales team which includes hiring, training and preparing reps for future roles.
Work closely with Sales Ops, on commissions, comp plans, targets & analysis
Work closely with Marketing to align the needs of sales with the Marketing strategy.


Detailed knowledge of the SaaS landscape, preferably in the ECM marketplace
Strong cross-functional and project management skills
Outstanding analysis and communication skills
Prior management experience of high performing telesales or telemarketing teams is essential
Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communication
Fast learner, independent creative thinker, desire to grow a team in numbers and professionally
Expertise in positioning the product. Must also possess excellent communication skills, informing team members what needs to be accomplished and how to go about it
Strong leadership skills, and proven track record of motivating a team
Professional, confident, positive, energetic, highly motivated and organized


Outbound Business managers must understand our mission, and what ARR needs to be generated to surpass goals
Demonstrate an understanding of how the products and services operate to the team, as well as with potential clients
Desire to coach and manage a group of individuals taking the plunge into SaaS sales


A proven sales hunter and closer
Track record of sales excellence
Previous sales management experience 
Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills
Must be able to work independently in a fast pace, rapid change environment
